News & Highlights

  • Drs. Danielle Brandman and Kenneth McQuaid have been awarded the Excellence in Teaching Award by the UCSF Haile T. Debas Academy of Medical Educators.
  • Dr. Ma Somsouk has been awarded two Centers for Disease Control and Prevention grants and one from the American College of Gastroenterology. The grants focus on improving colorectal cancer screening in the safety-net and examining fecal transplantation in HIV-infected individuals.
  • Dr. Jennifer Price has received the 2015 ACG Junior Faculty Development Grant and the Gilead HIV Research Scholars Award as well as completed her PhD in Clinical Investigation at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
