San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center

Patients with a gastrointestinal or hepatology related illness or complaint with a primary care provider affiliated with San Francisco General Hospital, clinics associated with the San Francisco Department of Public Health, Community Oriented Primary Care, or San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium can be referred to the SFGH GI Division for consultation and evaluation. All patient referrals must be submitted electronically by their primary care provider through the eReferral system.

San Francisco VA Medical Center

Eligible veterans may be referred to the Gastroenterology or Liver Clinics for consultation by their patient’s primary care physicians through the VA electronic medical record system.
